Although I'm getting a cool custom made collar that is even heavier!!

Here is a picture of that one:

It weighs 2,9kg and is especially made in my size!

I have seen Martin's stuff and talked to a couple people that have had it. It looks fantastic, and really heavy too, the ones that have worn it say the collars are a tad heavy, but I think its well worth it! Just a tad pricy for most of us sadly, but I know they are great quality and would recommend his handiwork.

The volume ,and not just the wieght , of the Martin collar give it that pleasing look ... The 2.9 kg collar Gina is getting looks quite subtancial in hieght and metal volume ..

The new collar looks great ! ... Until Gina can get a "proper lock" , she could secure it with a nut and bolt ... This would fully close the collar

I love the look of the new collar. It looks so pretty when they are so heavy and locked very tight against the neck. Looking forward to seeing it with a proper lock :)

I love the heavy collars as well.... But I also really appreciate smaller, stylish collars... I have a fondness for the eternity collars myself, simple steel ring, adding an attachment ring, locking it with an allen screw, no visible locks, just the collar.

u can use rollerchain to make your own collars.#35 chain=look in yellow pages under the rollerchain and measure and cut with air grinder.stacking 3 gives u a posture collar and when encased in rubber tubig they are downright comfertable.rap tubing around the neck with 25 mm slop on it and cut with one eposed link protruding beyond rubber, use a small bolt to lock and if u pound the end of threads past the nut u cant get it off without a file . and the rollerchin is hardened steel.entire slave sets can be made up cheaply-the coils sell for 18 bucks for #35....

Yes i agree that it is both the volume and weight that i pleasing. It is good that martins collar is made of aluminium instead of steel. A steel collar with the same volume would weigh about 7 kg instead of 2 kg.

Yes the more stylish collars i stainless steel is very nice to wear. I can also recommend collars from axsmar, sm-factory and ringofsteel.
